agreed in Tajrebati program which was held
by Asharqia Chamber represented byYouth Business Council in the Chamber on
Tuesday evening Monday, September 26, 2016 on the importance of education and
experience for the entrepreneur who wants to establish a private commercial
project.
Speakers
in the meeting, which was held at the headquarters of the Chamber in Dammam referred
that the commercial market is varied and
the needs to be armed with science to
know the details of what was going around him, working on the improvement of
his work constantly, in addition to the scientific cccertificate is considered
an important document when you search for any job if the project was succeful and
he was forced to return to his job.
Pioneers participating in the
program have narrated stories inspiring beginnings about the most prominent
challenges they faced in the process of establishing their businesses, as (the founder
of Saudi Dar ) Zamel Al Shahrani stressed that ambition and dreams of a
pioneer are different from other young people he sees things with a different
perspective and looks for excellence even in the performance of his works.
Al
Shahrani said that before beginning his
own project, the worked as a farmer in his father's farm, and after completing
his studies at the high school his
father ordered him to depend on himself, and it was the start point, but for his love for
business has decided to work to make a capital and the establishment of his own
business, noting that his journy never been easy, and during his research he
was able to communicate with one of the companies to distribute their products,
after the rejection of his application more than once his request was accepted as a
distributor for the company products.
Shahrani
then decided to complete his studies and joined the program of the king
Scholarship in America and finished learning the English language program, but
the circumstances of the health of his father forced him to stop his studies,
and when he decided to return to America to continue the study, he was unlucky
as he was delayed for three months spending them with his mother.
Shahrani
pointed that he was forced to work in a company as a savior for transactions in
government administrations and this profession
was at the time important and companies need it , and he graduated in in the company
until he became Director General.
after
that Al Shahrani established the company
( Saudi Dar Limited ) since 2008, which provides
maintenance services for the oil and gas sector and petrochemicals, and also
currently working on the implementation of the first factory for the recycling
of electronic waste in the region, stressing the importance of science and
learning, as he still takes all the sciences to improve himself so he can make the progress of
his business.
The
second story in the program was for (the founder and CEO of a group Abdulrahman
Al Moaibed ) Abdul Rahman Al Moaibed who stressed that childhood is the real
founder of the human being, the person might expresses his
wishes and interests, and all he passes through during this stage polishes his
character.
As
Moaibed finished his high school education he wanted to study law but his mother preferred him to study
engineering and she got what she wanted, as he finished his university studies and work
in Saudi Aramco, but his ambition to work in his project was occupying his
mind, until he decided to resign from office and establishing his own business,
there he faced his first trouble
when the engineering committee refused to support his application to establish
his own office for the experience requirement uncompleted what forced him to
return to work in Aramco.
Moaibed
did not give up to it and began working in the real estate sector, he established
his own project, and was able to get the first project to build five
residential villas given to him by an acquaintance that the profit is equally
between them without offering any effort, before Moaibed accepted just to get the experience.
Moaibed
continued his work until now his company manages real estate of local and
foreign staff works with a staff of 250 employees, mostly Saudis, although it
was launched in 2008 with only three workers.
The
last story (the founder of the High Sky factory for canvas bags) Engineer Fahd
Al Hmazi said that education is the biggest supporter of the man, adding that
he was ahead in math and physics and was able to finish high school and then
worked at SABIC.
He
returned in memory to stress that childhood is what defines the orientations and
desires for the future, stressing that he lived his childhood between fun and
work, where he was selling cold drinks at a young age and practiced playing
football hobby in some sports clubs, but his father did not like that, he took him
to king Fahd University of Petroleum and minerals to complete his education
there.
Alhmazi
says, addressing the youngmen: "If you decide to leave your job to start
your own business, you'll hear voices saying that you are irrational, if you
are confident of yourself do not give these voices any interest."
He
Alhmazi said that if the merchant has not returned to the starting point, there
is an error in his career in the commercial field, stressing that the market is
difficult and requires experience in dealing with it, referring to it by
failing in his first business project which was a shop
selling mobile phones and its accessories.
Alhmazi advised the audience saying: The
job before the startinf business is important, it’s a free training for
business rules and business relations, if starting your project you will
perform all the roles, complaining and the discussions in our daily lives are
from the lack of a product or service is a business opportunity almost
guaranteed whenever you capture it in a right way.
Alhmazi
mentioned that visiting exhibitions is usually of the things that motivate you
to the start of self employment, where we learn the new market and marketing arts and the formation of relationships, and
that each project on the ground today was a difficult dream yesterday, so do not give up on your dreams.
